# ReceiptFold > ReceiptFold turns the receipts and invoices that reach your email into rows in a spreadsheet you own (Google Sheets or Excel), keeps each PDF in your own drive, and shows where your money goes: per currency, by month, vendor and category, with subscriptions, budgets, alerts and the patterns that repeat. Key facts: - Web app at https://app.receiptfold.com, in English and Spanish. Sign-in by single-use email link. - Setup: connect Google Sheets or Excel on OneDrive, create a forwarding address (…@receiptfold.com), add a Gmail filter or Outlook rules (Outlook can be connected in one click), send the test mail, import past receipts once. - Past receipts: Gmail through Google Takeout of the "ReceiptFold" label; Outlook reads the last year when connected; Apple Mail through an .mbox export. History import never counts against the plan. - Data: rows live in the user's own spreadsheet, PDFs in the user's own drive; ReceiptFold keeps no copy of emails, PDFs or rows. Google access is limited to the drive.file scope. - Plans: Free (10 new receipts a month), Personal (100, UYU 160/month or 1,600/year), Pro (500, UYU 760/month or 7,600/year), Business and Scale by arrangement. Payments by Lemon Squeezy. - Optional: the user's own AI model key (Google Gemini, OpenAI or Anthropic) for hard receipts, questions (Ask) and the written analysis. - Contact: hello@receiptfold.com. ## Docs - [Overview](https://receiptfold.com/docs/index.md): What ReceiptFold is, how it works, and where to start.
